I don’t know how I missed this one, but Jim, the 4×4 Guide over at About.com caught it… Seems there’s a beach in Hatteras, Virginia that a Federal Judge has assigned fines and jail time to for riding on the beach because, according to Jim:because the National Park “does not have regulations in place to govern ORV traffic.”
