Wisconsin Offering Free ATV Safety Courses

September 10, 17 and 24, Wisconsin is offering up free ATV Safety courses, something I highly recommend for anyone who rides quads. I’ve been riding for, well, a long time, and when I took one earlier this year, I actually came away with a lot of good info.
