Squires ‘one of our finest’

An initial investigation indicates that Squires was the passenger on a three-wheeler when he, for unknown reasons, fell off of the back and struck his head on the pavement, McKeever said. The ATV was traveling at a low rate of speed and had not hit a bump or any other obstruction in the roadway. Squires was not wearing a helmet.
