Cabell ATV Fatality

Police reports say Woodrum found Spence in the woods, pinned under his ATV, which was turned upright on a downhill grade.
James Spence, 61, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say Spence was not wearing a helmet, had ten years riding experience, and no drugs or alcohol were involved in the fatality.
