Two Prairie Grove boys were hospitalized Sunday afternoon after the all-terrain vehicle they were riding collided with a car on Kelly Mountain Road just west of Blue Mountain Road near Prairie Grove.…the 16-year-old driving the ATV was riding on public roads at the time of the collision. The teenager and his 10-year-old passenger were transported to the Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville with “ incapacitating injuries, ” Kimball said.
