Oklahoma City Gets Tough on ATVers. Not!

If you’ve been here before you can tell; I’m not so much in favor of government regulations regarding ATVs. But there are certain areas *cough*safety*cough* where I think there should be minimal regulations in place to help ensure the safety of people that refuse to be responsible, especially where kids are concerned.
