Making More Laws Instead of Using the Ones In Place

 It’s something that I see all over in today’s society… legislation being created to combat issues that previous legislation was created to combat, but is not being used. And it’s not just here in the US. Canada is at it too. They’re trying to create more legislation instead of using the legislation they’ve got on the books already.
