Deadly ATV Crash
A man from Pike County died Tuesday night after losing control of an all terrain vehicle.
Police said Frank Jennings, 37, of Lackawaxen was speeding down Route 590 near Lackawaxen when he lost control and was thrown from the ATV.
Troopers said Jennings was not wearing a helmet.
