Teen victim of fatal ATV crash identified

The Monroe County Sheriff’s office has identified the teenager that died in an all-terrain vehicle accident Monday night as Bridget Buzard, of Orleans County. …

A 17-year-old passenger riding in the back of Buzard’s vehicle received minor injuries. The accident is still under investigation.
