Editor’s note: I’m not sure what “Yamaha Rhino” has to do with this except for the fact that this lawyer is using this tragedy to make a buck. It’s sad and pathetic that this firm would use the loss of this precious life in this manner when the responsibility clearly lies with the parents or whoever was operating the ATV unsafely (the article, for some reason, won’t say who took that girl’s life into their hands).
As you can see below, and from the ATV Accidents category in my blog, I’ve covered this topic extensively and there is a concerted attack on the Yamaha Rhino by lawyers. Why not go after the real problem…?
