California’s Over-Regulation of Auto Industry to Kill Jeep Wrangler?
There was a rumor going around recently that CARB (the California Air Resources Board) would in essence ban “black” cars because of their natural tendency to trap heat inside and thus require more “energy” to cool the car. Sounds really stupid, right? Yeah, that’s what I thought at first too.
