Teen dies in ATV accident
A 14-year-old boy is dead after an ATV accident in Manitowoc County.
Officials say Jefferson Haupt was riding his ATV Saturday afternoon at his home in Kellnersville, when it rolled on top of him, fracturing his skull. He was not wearing a helmet.
